A request was made. A quote was prepared and it was agreed that the service could be called in at any time. This was agreed upon with the head of department. The service manager joined the tour on Monday. A call was made afterward to inform them that the manager couldn't come because a child was sick. (It happens.) The cleaning lady came along on Monday and was supposed to come clean on Tuesday. A phone call came during the day on Tuesday: "She's not coming because her child is sick too." (It happens.) Maybe the next day? "I'll let you know." Heard nothing, so I called myself! "Oh yeah, I was going to call you."... uh... (It happens.) "Can the cleaning lady come on Thursday? I'll send you a message!"... Heard nothing, saw no one. The next day, I called the head of department. "Oh yeah, I'll call the service manager, and if it doesn't work out, I'll do it myself!" And??? and??? Heard nothing, saw no one.!!! So, I called back... and??? Oh, no more answer?? Strange. So I cleaned it myself. Thanks Cleanshark. I'll never contact that company again.
I'm very satisfied with this company, even for a one-time job. Good value for money. The area that needed cleaning was dirty after the previous occupants left, and on a good day, it was fine. Fast, efficient, skilled workers, and smooth communication. Recommended.
