A very quick response after the first contact. Clear, transparent information. There was a slight scheduling mishap, but they were still available on Saturday and Sunday and responded very quickly. The cleaning itself took longer than expected, but here too, the communication was excellent and the work was handled correctly. Excellent value for money, and above all, the communication was top-notch.
