Very reliable company for a wide range of technical work. They handled our air conditioning, ventilation, and plumbing. Everything went very smoothly and took other work into account. Communication was also always smooth. The technicians are also pleasant people to have in your home.
Satisfied with the air conditioning they installed, but their after-sales service is terrible. I made an appointment for maintenance almost 2 months in advance, but they didn't show up that day; they didn't even let me know that they were coming late or not at all. I called Brabo myself; the lady on the phone also thought it wasn't normal and said she would find out what was going on, but she didn't get back to me either. I contacted them again and said that I didn't want to do it anymore; I didn't want to run the risk again, so I stayed home specifically that day. In the meantime, I have found a company that is much cheaper for maintenance, so it was a blessing in disguise after all.
I contacted Brabo Technics for the installation of an air conditioner. Everything went very smoothly, communication was good, and the air conditioner was installed quickly. Gabriel and Fernando carried out the work very precisely, with an eye for detail.
