For the renovation of our home, we called upon Zedreno to install a new bathroom in a former bedroom and to convert our old bathroom into a laundry room. We had a good feeling right from the first meeting. Kim listened attentively to our wishes and designed a bathroom that perfectly matched what we had in mind. She immediately understood the style and layout we were looking for and translated this into a practical and beautiful design. During the execution, the work was personally supervised by Kenji. Communication went smoothly, and interactions with the tradesmen on site were always pleasant and professional. Unfortunately, the schedule was delayed somewhat, but this was beyond Zedreno's control. What we particularly appreciated was that we were always kept correctly informed. Moreover, minor errors that surfaced during the work were rectified without discussion and in a very professional manner. We look back on a pleasant collaboration and are extremely satisfied with the final result. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality, craftsmanship, and a personal approach.

Three years into our bathroom and things are constantly falling apart. Our radiator is already broken, knobs on the shower have fallen off, and we’re pretty sure they busted our boiler and didn’t do anything except put a bucket under it. Definitely had cost us more in the long run. Company not very responsive with their workers and I was left to explain most things. Steer clear
