From the other party's perspective: Not recommended. Inefficient internal communication resulted in delays in the process. Submitting a claim to the wrong Justice of the Peace Court caused even more delays, which we then suffered (a new bank contract due to the increased interest rate): at the end of the installment, it cost us more than €10,000 extra. No apology or compensation was received. Unresponsive, giving the impression of minimal involvement. A house purchase offer accepted in mid-May 2025, and the deed was executed at the end of December 2025.
So far always a very correct and punctual service.
