Unfortunately, my experience with this notary was very disappointing. I encountered numerous oversights during the process of buying and selling my apartment. Important details that should have been carefully reviewed and clarified were missed, which caused unnecessary complications and stress. I expected a notary to ensure that everything was handled thoroughly and professionally, but that was not the case here. Due to the lack of attention to detail, I cannot recommend Oscar as skilled notary. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for more reliable and attentive service.
