I HAD CALLED PLUMBER ANTWERP TO REPAIR A LEAKING TAP AT MY HOUSE.I ASKED THEM ON THE PHONE HOW MUCH IT WILL COST.HE SAID HE HAS TO SEE AND THEN HE WILL LET ME KNOW .WHEN HE CAME HOME HE SAW THE TAP AND TOLD ME THAT I CAN CHOOSE A TAP AND SEND ME THE WEBSITE FROM WHICH I WANT TO ORDER.HE SAID IT WILL COST AROUND 700 EUROS FOR THE TAP AND PLUS THE WORK HOURS AT 45 EUROS/HOUR. HE ASKED ME TO PAY ADVANCE OF 82 EUROS AND SAID THAT IT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE TOTAL BILL .SO I GAVE HIM 82 EUROS.WE SEARCHED FOR THE TAP THAT WAS AVAILABLE AT A CHEAPER PRICE OF 100 EUROS. AND SEND THEM A PICTURE WITH THE WEBSITE.ON RECIEVING THE PICTURE AND WEBSITE I CALLED HIM SEVERAL TIMES BUT HE WILL NOT ANSWER. FINALLY I RECIEVED A MESSAGE FROM HIM THAT HE DOESNT WANT TO WORK.I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK BY MESSAGING HIM .NO ANSWER. I WOULD NOT GIVE HIM ANY RATING .THEY DONT DESERVE EVEN 1 POINT.
