Apparently, it's extremely difficult for an insurance broker with a large portfolio of products to help and support their clients. After all, that's what you're paying them for all these years. You hope you never have to call on them, but if an incident does occur, you expect them to provide customer-friendly, accurate, and fast assistance. Let it be clear that Induver cannot meet this expectation! About seven months after a road accident and after submitting multiple questions/problems, you're still not getting any help. The relevant car insurance policy has also been requested for seven months, and you haven't received it either. After repeated inquiries (by phone and email), I still haven't received anything. The file manager, Ms. Kempka, is inadequate and practically unresponsive. If you ever hope to receive a response after repeated inquiries, we're talking about an average response time of about 1.5 months. Be warned! It used to be Group Verbaet, and the service was excellent. Since the merger with Induver, it's best to stay as far away as possible...

Worst service ever + ridiculously expensive Very slow service, received license plate number after 2 weeks (they processed my request (a registered letter) after a week) Now I am waiting for my cancellation letter for more than a month. I am with Touring insurance, prompt service and the price is almost 70% cheaper. My advice: don't have time or money to lose? Find another agent.
