I m giving a star out of pure generosity. Does this agency really exist. I have been talking to AI ',Alice in wonderland ' who wasn't trained very well and kept asking the same questions. If I wanted to make an appointment...over and over asking my details.. claiming she was ' only ',a digital assistant.. that I would contacted about a studio I politely asked to visit...hours later again, please my personal details.. until late on a weekend. Immoscoop assured me Abricasa was redirected my request and Abricasa would react quickly...right ,,a joke...than Alice said the appointment was rented already..a few hours later she asked if I wanted to visit the same ( rented ,?) Place...That's beyond AI... I moved 20 times around the world in my life...this is so frustrating and loss of time. I admit I lost my temper to Alice because she's the only one running WhateverCasa
I was working with Abricasa for many years since 2011. I was always please with their service and especially with attitude. In Abricasa, you feel that the customer is right indeed. Great team!
