An agency that we expect to be held to a higher level of professionalism and respect, but unfortunately this level does not exist on their part. My experience with this agency leaves a bitter taste, lack of respect for me as a tenant, failure to respect agreements are the visible points that disappoint a person like me now and in the future in the event of a collaboration. I never thought that I would be surprised that some "professional" and "well-educated" agents would enter my home without informing me of their visit together with the visitors. No matter how much I explained and agreed together regarding Information and Advice before any visit... these people continue to act as they please ignoring the terms and agreement entering my home many times without informing me in advance. I have never encountered this lack of professionalism before. I prefer to call it lack of respect for myself and racism. Honestly, I don't know what to expect from them, I can't even sit on the toilet because they come into the house unannounced. This would never happened to a belgian I am not feeling comfortable and secure inside of my apartment. They should be ashamed!!!
