We had a very pleasant experience with Thibaut. From the first contact, he was approachable, honest, and professional. All employees are truly proactive, provide clear advice, and always keep you informed of every step in the process.
I rented my apartment through Brocor. They were very professional and honest. It rented out quickly within two weeks! I highly recommend it!
They're very good at getting you to sign the contract, then they back out, incur costs without informing you, appraise your property, then claim there are many interested parties who ultimately never show up, take photos that are useless, forget the description on Immoweb... Very amateurishly, after a while they ask to lower the price because it's a bit high for the condition and neighborhood. They did, however, appraise it themselves first. When I refused, the contract was terminated (by both parties). Then, I received an invoice from the property manager for things they had requested, which was actually only relevant to the notary. I also had an asbestos and EPC certificate issued through them, which, of course, I never saw. I then emailed the company that had done the certificates to request them and pay them directly. This was handled perfectly. Afterwards, Brocor even dared to send an invoice for the certificates, even without releasing them! Stay away from this small, amateurish firm. Regarding Brocor's response: no, no one pressured me to sign, you're making that up yourself. Furthermore, you did provide a professional appraisal. I wanted €200,000 for it, and you suggested €210,000... so that's not true either. Regarding the EPC certificate: you simply sent the invoice without the certificates, and I haven't even mentioned the €165 costs you incurred to the property manager without my knowledge. This was for information I could have provided you, and whether there were any debts on this property is for the notary to inquire about, not you. I will not pay the €165 the property manager charged me. You incurred it without my permission, and I didn't receive any of it, so it's not my responsibility. "Improving" reviews doesn't improve your image, especially if you lie about them.
Excellent service from both Thibaut and Anne-Sophie. They sold our house in no time. Highly recommended.
