A terrible experience with the Antwerp agency for the rent of a property in the centre of the city. Our real estate agent Kimberly wasn't present on important meetings, failed to communicate between the owners and us, did not anticipate to the situation at all and told us moving was not possible a couple of days before the move. Afterwards she hid behind rules & regulations. No one came forward or took responsibility for these issues. A major disillusion.
