Dealt with a person called Thijs Wilsen about a land ‘S Herenbaan 100, Reet. Very friendly in the beginning and we agreed on a price and our notaris took over for the compromis. After that no communication with anyone. Our notaris kept on asking for information because apparently the ‘verkaveling’ May have expired. In the end we lost another opportunity for a land and we lost this one too. So no land for us. (On their website it shows it is sold) which they never bothered to tell us. Extremely poor experience and if you see Jamar immo just avoid because you might end up with nothing. Very inexperienced, unprofessional, and have no idea what they are doing.

After having dealt with many lazy, unhelpful and unfriendly realtors while searching for our new house, we were fortunate to find Joël Vandenhaute to sell our house in Ekeren. He was professional, helpful and always answered our questions promptly. Joël uses a detailed scheme to ascertain the asking price for the house, which ended up being right on the money. On his first visit to the house, he appraised every detail thoroughly, both structurally and cosmetically. Joël put the house on the market on a Saturday, the following Monday the viewing day was completely full, the following Saturday of the viewing day he received an offer for the full asking price within an hour of beginning. A little later came an additional bid slightly higher. He continues to work for us in the aftermath of the bid acceptance, offering the buyers a chance to see the house again, and will follow the purchasing of the house right up to the point when we sign the closing contract. We can certainly recommend Joël!
