I sent numerous inquiries about a rental property - both by email and via online platforms - but received no response. Based on my personal experience, this lack of communication can create a very negative impression for anyone looking to rent out or sell a property, as it suggests the agency does not attend to potential clients. I cannot confirm whether the company is still operating or open, but the complete absence of any reply gave me the impression that their business may no longer be active.

The staff was kind, polite, and very professional. Kareen was fantastic in guiding me through the various apartments. I can only compliment her.

She was always clear, organized, and responsive throughout the entire rental process (even while she was on holiday). From listing to contract signing, everything went smoothly and efficiently. My wife and I arrived at Quares as aspiring Expats with almost no knowledge of Antwerp. Olivia was very straightforward and generous with her time and knowledge of the city. She spent a lot of time with us, and we wanted to buy a property through Olivia and Quares. As it happened, a different agent and company showed us something that worked well for our needs, and we bought that apartment. I let Olivia know, and she was gracious and kind. But I won't forget Olivia's kind, welcoming way with us and I hope we can bring her business in the future.
