For several years now, we have been going on vacation to the beautiful Costa Blanca North region… During those vacations, our love for this region has continued to grow, as evidenced by the many times we have stopped to look through the windows of local real estate agents. We first got to know Uniq Estates via Facebook, which eventually led to a visit to one of their information days. There, advisor Wiktoria fully informed us about the possibilities, the different regions, and the purchasing process. Advisor Ennio toured around with us for two intensive days to view the projects in the Costa Blanca North. He realized very quickly what was important to us and responded to it perfectly... Despite the fact that I felt I was well prepared and had marked a number of projects down before starting the trip, he managed to show us a completely different project that we ultimately fell for. Our Spanish adventure. Our Spanish dream began a few months ago, in mid-November 2026, with a random visit to the Kempen Golf Club in Mol. We were warmly welcomed by Cedric, a young, enthusiastic man who was a good listener. He understood our wishes and acted on them. His simple and clear advice: get on a plane and fly to Spain. With a little help from Cedric, these words became reality. Cedric helped us with the flights and hotel bookings, and he also put us in touch with his partner in crime, Jeremy (his Belgian colleague in Spain). So, on February 10, 2026, we flew to Alicante and headed for the DNA Monse hotel in Torrevieja. Before the flight to Alicante, we had already contacted Jeremy by phone. Once we arrived at the hotel, the adventure could begin: three days of visiting locations under Jeremy's watchful and guiding eye. Every morning, Jeremy intended to pick us up at the hotel at 10:00 AM. To be fair, day 1 was 10:03 AM, day 2 was 10:05 AM, and day 3 was 10:07 AM. But we don't blame him AT ALL because he's a top-notch guest. Three intensive days, seeing and experiencing 9 locations. The Uniq guys listened to our wishes, helped us tremendously, and pointed out the ins and outs. THANK YOU, guys. And yes, we found our Spanish dream in Pilar de la Horradada. We are extremely satisfied with our collaboration with Cedric and Jeremy. Both they and we put a lot of effort into the search, and we were able to complete it successfully. A BIG THANK YOU! He possesses excellent professional knowledge and negotiation skills, good/smooth communication, and a quick response. He honors agreements and alerts us in a timely manner if he's unexpectedly running late. He was well prepared. He lets you explore the area thoroughly, giving you a good impression of the location and surrounding amenities, including shops, a pharmacy, a hospital, the beach, restaurants, a sports complex, nature reserves, and the entertainment district, providing helpful tips and recommendations. You're not pressured; you can revisit properties with the necessary and calm explanations. He was well-informed about local developments, which helped us find a beautiful new-build apartment within three days in a quiet, green, modern neighborhood with potential and all the necessary amenities (beach, town center, etc.) within walking or cycling distance. He also provides smooth and accurate guidance throughout the sales process, including legal counsel, etc. We have only one word for it, and our honest opinion: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We spent two days on the road with Jeremy, the sales representative for UNIQ Estates. He was very well-prepared, so he knew exactly which properties would appeal to us. He comes across as very professional and thinks along with the client during the visits. He also asks the developer questions that potential buyers wouldn't immediately think of. He always provides extensive information about the area where the properties are located and gives us time to think and act on our feedback. My husband and I both quickly realized that UNIQ Estates guarantees high-quality and professional guidance during the purchase of our house in Spain! A big compliment also to the after-sales service, which responded very quickly and accurately once the sale was finalized.
