Unfortunately has very bad and poor experience renting apartment, as agent communicated very poorly with me and did not inform me about anything apart from emailing me very badly and with negative response.

Sold a property with Walls. I've been constantly informed about all visits to the property, all potential buyers and got adviced about increase/reduce the property value. The staff has been very helpful and professiomal throughout the process.

We had a truly bad experience renting an apartment through this agency. We were not put in contact with the landlord so all communication had to be done through the agent. We contacted them by all possible ways for help when having no water, leaks from the pipes and so on. Barely any response after weeks of emails and calls. Finally we decide to move after 2.5 years and we get charged thousands of euros for landlord’s interest. They are supposed to represent both landlord and tenant in the agreement but they will not care about you! Never ending greed.

I was looking for a small appartement in the center of Antwerp with a limited budget. A not easy task and when I saw one that met my demands it was always sold within 24 hours. One day out of the blue I received a mail from them saying something really good came on the market. Within a couple of hours we set-up a a visit and Rachid from WALLS showed me the appartement. 24 hours later I bought the appartment. Rachid made sure that I got all the information needed to make such a quick decision in a rational way. He is very professional, considered and accurate. I know he and Walls take care of the seller but I can tell you that they also take care of the buyer. And that is a nice feeling in often a very competitive environment. I would recommend WALLS to anyone to buy and sell a property.
