We reached out to A-Law to help with negotiation for a notice we received. They were extremely responsive initially till we paid their fees. On the last day of the notice they sent us an email saying they have agreed a deal with the other lawyer and that we have also accepted it. There was no communication with us, neither did they ask if we are okay with the deal they were making. We ended up paying almost the full amount plus lawyer fees for nothing. They also did not explain the charges to us initially. After paying all the fees, they sent an additional bill charging us for every email they sent (which they accepted was a mistake, but we still had to pay it)
