If u have to pick a moving company then go no further. Our furniture etc were in storage.they arranged to pack everything.very well done. We were kept informed the whole way of the movement. It arrived in Europe the European company then took over and kept us informed the whole time. When the lorry arrived I had sent a map of the french village for the driver. He arrived we packed it all in our barn. The driver was very polite. All in all the service was five star.

I have a heavy delivery of furnitures from China to Germany. It was a really heavy and demanding unloading process, but as far as I saw, all the furniture elements / pieces / packages were great stored / kept in the truck without any damages! Their crews unloaded all the goods very carefully and with quite a lot of patience! Also during the sea transfer phase, they updated the arrival date very frequently.

Very professional company, they listen to their customers and one sees immediately that they are very experienced in handling even complex moves with very fragile items. The team did an excellent job with our move. The person in charge was professional and kept everything on track, making the unload smooth and efficient. After 40 years in the military and many moves, this was by far the best unload I’ve experienced. I’ll be passing along my positive feedback to our movements staff in Germany. Thanks to Gosselin Moving Company, Antwerp, Belgium and Rainier Overseas Movers in Washington State USA for a perfect door-to-door household goods move from Gig Harbor, Washington, to Brittany, France! From my initial contact to staging our shipment to pick-up to containerization to customs and duty on both ends to final delivery in Europe by the pros at Gosselin Groups, everything went like clockwork. There was absolutely no evidence of even the slightest damage to our shipment. Shana at Gosselin contacted me just a couple weeks after the shipment had been picked up to let me know that the household goods were scheduled to be at our door within a month. Shana was in contact several times to check details on our location, house access, truck parking, and more. Just prior to the the move, Gosselin contacted me every couple days to confirm our delivery appointment. Our household goods shipment arrived at our door exactly on time on the day promised! The entire shipment door-to-door took about 6 weeks - very fast. The Gosselin truck was able to park right at our door and the two gentlemen had our contents unloaded and placed neatly in our storage room on the 1er étage within a couple hours. The contents arrived in perfect condition! The two gentlemen were very polite, spoke excellent English, and were very careful in our house, leaving not a scratch despite having to climb the ancient wooden stairs with about 40 containers. Excellent moving services door-to-door.
