The packing crew who handled our international move were exceptionally friendly, careful, and professional. They worked hard for several days and treated our belongings with great care. Unfortunately, one fully disassembled and professionally packed bed part was mistakenly left behind. Human errors can happen.<br><br>What disappointed us was not the mistake itself, but the way Gosselin handled it afterwards. Instead of taking responsibility for what was clearly an operational error, the company attempted to shift the responsibility to us by relying on a document referring to a joint final walk-through that, in reality, never took place.<br><br>Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Gosselin for a large or complex international move, where attention to detail and taking responsibility when things go wrong are essential.

Outstanding service from start to finish! The sales and sales support teams were incredibly helpful and completely on top of the entire process, keeping everything moving smoothly. When it came to moving day, the packing team in Belgium was ultra-professional, efficient, and careful with our belongings. Moving internationally is highly stressful, but this team made it seamless. Highly recommended!
