Alto Verde removed a diseased tree in our city garden whose trunk was split in two and pruned our rowan and hazel. Afterwards, the branches etc. were shredded and the cuttings were placed nicely in our garden under the remaining trees. Before the entire event, we received professional advice about our options regarding the diseased tree and we were asked what our wishes were regarding the pruning work on the remaining trees. On the day itself, they arrived on time and kept to the agreements made.
