Pleasant collaboration. After a short wait, the custom-made window was delivered to my door, including advice on how to install it myself. One downside? Emails with "Dear, your order (...)" come across as rude once the customer's name is known.
Wow, what top-notch service! Our patio door in the house we just bought was broken, so I requested a quote for a new door. That very same day (on a Sunday!), they emailed me saying that it could definitely be repaired, and immediately included a price estimate for the repair costs. I really appreciate that honesty. Three days later, they were already able to come by to repair our door, and it works like new again. We are incredibly happy customers! The price was also very fair for the quality and the speed with which our problem was solved.
