After 19 years, a 141x242 cm tilt-and-turn window with a transom in our apartment in Kipdorp, Antwerp, had broken down. Because we had already had good experiences with them, we called upon the company Jamal again. A good choice; the aluminum frame was delivered with insulated glass installed. In 3.5 hours, the old one was dismantled and the new one installed and fully finished, right down to the interior plastering. Top quality and top service. During and after the work, dust and debris were completely cleaned up. Our bedroom was ready for use again. I also recommend Jamal bvba for work in the heart of Antwerp, as many contractors shy away from this due to strict parking regulations; they have the necessary experience. Rudolf Vanheertum

After getting several quotes from Belisol, Profera, Horman, etc., and comparing prices, materials, and the quality of the window frames, I chose Jamal bvba. To future buyers reading this review, I can only recommend them. We live in a time when contractors either don't deliver or deliver substandard window frames—not all of them, thankfully, but many.
