We had a problem with our washing machine on Saturday, I called him and got an appointment for Monday. He was really thorough, fixed our machine and even fixed the water pressure, that was set for too high. Great service altogether. Thank you!
It is the third time i use them and what i like is that they are super quick and super honest . For example . This time it was just a bit of calcium deposit on the water sensor .....they did not charge me anything besides the repair time (1h) . I also appreciated they are very polite and nice .....i highly recommend !
TO AVOID Very quick to say yes to appointments, but that's were the good stops. Technician was supposed to come by between 12 and 2, he ended up showing up at 3:30! The company will exclusively deal with machines, no plumbing experience whatsoever. The guy spent 15 minutes fumbling with the dish washer, doing diddly squat. He goes the drain pipe that's installed is to high, water backs up, also clean your filter. He left everything in shambles, dirty filter, dish washer rack outside... Just to shamelessly charge 60 euros, the error showed up after 5 minutes Zero professionalism
Perfect service, easy to recommend. They were able to fix a fridge for which the manufacturer no longer provides spare parts - they used a part from another manufacturer. I have been impressed, because they actually repair devices, not replace them. I asked them for assistance again when the dishwasher broke down. Again, very good and timely service. I have appreciated their knowledge and skills with in-built devices. Really professional. I recommend this company.
