They are really patient, kind and friendly!! Even though we did not buy anything eventually, they did us a great help and we finally found what we need. Sincerely thanks a lot!!😉
I asked them for some price quotes for specific products and got a reply very quickly and efficiently. That was the good experience. But then went over to buy two of the 5 items i asked ther quote for (types of sous-couche for pergo wooden floor) and was very disappointed. First of all, neither of them was in stock, although they gave us the quote without mentioning they don't have it. They recommended another brand, a cheaper one at the same quality. I understand that they are making a bit extra by promoting brands. However this brand looked average so we asked for better quality. They said they only had that one in stock. I said i needed to call the constructor to ask for his opinion and there i saw the seller change colour and say "yes of course, it is your right, i am not trying to trick you, i am just trying to help you..." which looked suspicious. The constructor confirmed that it was a high price yet medium quality product and we left without anything. I believe it mattered that they saw 2 women who he thought would be easier to trick. I was very let down by such behaviour and i would not recommend them. Especially if you are a woman.
