I’ve been buying my paint here it’s a good store for professionals and homeowners. It’s nice that they have a separate department for interior decorating where you can choose a material and arrange to have your curtains made.
Unprofessional and not serious service. Don’t waste your time. I ordered one can of paint and after waiting 2,5 weeks for their promised call back nothing happened. So I call them again and then I learned that the order was not even registered! They say- we will check it and will call you back today to let you know when we can have your order. And guess what? I’m still waiting :D Hopefully before the winter I will finally get the paint and do my works.
Not a lot of "customer care". I've felt like I was a nuisance for the personnel with me asking all of those questions. I've been left hanging to wait for an advice for 10 min or so while the employees were chatting. High prices, low service!
