Took a couple of classes while visiting Brussels. Nice and clean studio with good amenities and nice front desk staff. Nice studio of which they use every millimeter (at least when classes are full). Being a fitness nerd myself I find my way easily with minimal instructions and minimal instructions is what we got in both classes I tried. It works well for me and I expect it can be intimidating for a complete newbie. It is an I go you go set up so it becomes more interesting if you work out with a friend or with someone of similar fitness level. Would I go back, yes absolutely
Animo is a small but very well-equipped gym with an excellent atmosphere. The trainers are outstanding—knowledgeable, supportive, and they design well-balanced workouts that still demand a high level of physical effort. What I really like is that you can go at your own pace and adjust the intensity using your own body weight, which makes it accessible but still challenging. The service is also excellent, especially from the team at the reception—they are always friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s a convenient, high-quality gym that I highly recommend, especially for people who already have some fitness experience.
Great classes and coaches. Second winter in a row with cold showers only in this studio, simply not acceptable given the price.
The gym is nice, it's mostly about group classes, but they let you train on your own in non-peak hours. If you like the concept, it might be the best gym ever, but I prefer to train on my own and focus more on form rather than speed and volume. Also, it's very expensive and a minor issue is that the lockers are squared, rather than L-shaped, which is not ideal when one has to go to work before or after. Overall, if you like classes and don't mind the price, you should join, otherwise, there are better options.
Best fitness destination for sure. PERFORM is a custom-built circuit training workout specifically designed to take your current training regimen to the next level. Composed of 4 stations but with endless possibilities, each workout is a dynamic and intense 50-minute cross training experience that aims to get you training like an actual athlete. The changing rooms are clean, they serve amazing coffee, staff is lovely, high end equipment, easy parking. What more can you ask for? Cheers to them
