I strongly recommend this heating company for their excellent service. We had a complete heating breakdown during New Year's holidays: no heating, no hot water! The entire heating system had to be replaced. From the very first contact, Giacomo was very kind, honest, professional and reassuring. He responded quickly and took the situation seriously right away, even though I contacted him on the New Year's Day. His young team was excellent: friendly, professional and very competent. They worked with great care and left everything clean and tidy afterward. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, which is rare these days. The price was very decent and fair, especially for the level of service provided. After years of expensive issues and poor service with Bulex company, I truly wish I had found Giacomo and his team earlier. It would have saved me a lot of money and stress. Asked them to do a check on my boiler after purchasing a home. Asked them to check a pressure issue but was assured there was none. They had to come back twice. Multiple phone calls and texts later (and 600 euros in cash) the issue has been resolved.

I can only highly recommend this company. Our old gas boiler broke down and could no longer be repaired during the winter holidays. Giacomo was very reactive and provided an offer for a new installation the same day at night. Very reasonable pricing. My written set of questions on the offers were answered clearly and in detail within hours. Even though the installation environment was less than ideal (drywall walls and ceilings) the installation went very smoothly with an excellent and reliable team. The possibility to communicate in English was also highly appreciated. Giacomo is available and reactive via Whatsapp and email. The new system works perfectly. I highly recommend!
