Timofei came quickly, in response to our need to fix a strange humming noise. He was polite, friendly, professional and took the time to explain things and train us up as he was diagnosing and fixing the problem. Once he fixed it, he tested it thoroughly before leaving. Great job!

We couldn’t be happier with Timofei and team. They did an excellent job with our bathroom under tricky circumstances (replacing floor tiling around built-in furniture, installing an Italian shower, and changing plumbing). He and his team were very professional, courteous, careful and did great work. They also took care to protect what was already in the room, as well as our bedroom (next to the bathroom), and took time to explain to us what they were doing and to highlight existing issues that we should monitor or fix (which is priceless). Couldn’t recommend them highly enough and hope to work with them again.
