By mistake I locked my coat with car remote control in the trunk of the car. I was unable to start the car and realized I was also unable to open the trunk without the key. Serrurier Bruxelles quoted me the fee ahead of time and solved the problem within 60 minutes of my first calling them, with the technician arriving with multiple computers to connect into my car system. It was expensive at €200 but worth it in time and hassle with my wife and small child and none of the roadside assistance companies able to help me. Merci!

Asked for an intervention a few days ago as I locked myself out. The guy was there in half an hour and was able to force the door in a few minutes time, so far so good. I was then asked (forced) to pay 190 euros (!) for the transport (I live 500 meters from them), the worked hours (less than 5 minutes) and the “urgency” (the intervention was in the middle of a regular working day and I didn’t ask for any special urgency). The rates on the website are tooootally off from what they really charge. Edit: as the owner now claims that I should contact them directly, I did exactly that after the intervention and never received any response (see screenshot).
Extraordinarily fast and efficient. But expensive. Standard charge is 190 Euro. But the guy was here within 15 minutes and had the door open in minutes.
