Professional, punctual & to-the-point advice. If you are looking for a notary office in Brussels to help you deal with the legal intricacies of buying/selling real estate in Brussels, I would recommend them.

Ms Morgane Devriese was our notary for the purchase of our apartment in Brussels. She, and the whole Maselis & Devriese team, was simply excellent. Neither my partner nor I are Belgian and we were first-time buyers so we were looking for an English-speaking and responsive notary to guide us through the process. Ms Devriese was extremely responsive (and fast!), professional, friendly and ready to explain the complexities of the Belgian system at all stages of the process. Her attention to detail meant she spotted aspects of the purchase agreement that no one else did, to our benefit. Next time we need a notary, we will go back!

Very professional. We appreciated the clear communication and ability to deliver on time. Our notary gave all the advice and information needed to be able to understand complex legal issues so that we did not need to follow advice blindly but were able to make well informed decisions.
