Notary Charlotte Blockx

Highly competent in handling my apartment purchase. She and her team were always available for further questions, which were always answered promptly. Highly recommended.

We recently purchased a house in Brussels, and we had no experience with Belgian Notaries. Notaris Charlotte Blockx and her team made the whole process very simple for us, easy to understand, and with the appropriate explanations for local regulations and laws. We highly recommend this Notary. It is now our GO TO Notary, in case we need this type of service. Highly recommended!

Great notary and great team, all of them are very responsive and attentive. Very helpful with foreigners not familiarized with Belgian procedures to buy a property, and very flexible regarding language used in the communication with the client. Keep up the good work!

We recently took the legal advices on a new house purchase from Notaris Charlotte Blockx. It was a NOT a stressful communication for us. They shared clear and concrete information, highlighting the various options available and their respective implications. (very quick responsiveness for emails) Their communication in English was articulate and concise, facilitating effective comprehension of complex legal matters. Also, we were impressed by Notaris Blockx's commitment to precision and thoroughness. She meticulously reviewed every detail/letter of the deed, leaving no room for ambiguity or error. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the service provided by Notaris Charlotte Blockx and would highly recommend their expertise to others seeking professional guidance in legal matters.
