If I could have given zero stars, I would have. No follow-up, no response, the customer service was absolutely nonexistent. I would have paid without question, though. Well, I've since taken my complaint to a competitor who responded immediately. To my great regret, in our beautiful Belgium, this company is sadly unreliable despite the numerous positive reviews.
