Avoid this plumber. He charged 136 euros (providing no bill on paper) for 5 mins work cleaning two radiator valves. He left the job half done and promised to come back with the right piece and then strung me along. He never did come despite numerous calls and promises. I wasted time when I could have found another honest plomber to finish this simple job. On top of it he also caused a new problem with anorher radiator which I now have to fix. A really bad experience in all.

I asked for de-blockage of my kitchen sink. I needed to call many times, and they did not show up for the first appointment without any pre notice. After couple of month, the sink was blocked again, and it was under warranty so i needed to call them million times again and at last, they tried to charge me again. I do not recommend...

The good news: very fast. The bad news: a bit on the expensive side, but most importantly, not owning to their mistakes. While fixing something he broke one of the toilet covers. Instead of immediately repairing it, he did not mention it until I saw it (it was a huge obvious break). He promised to come back later to fix it for free, but this kept getting postponed for 2 weeks. I understand it's summer and there's shortage, but I live 5 minutes from their office. After I insisted, we settled on them paying for the cover, but I had to fix it myself (which is much harder with the wrong equipment).
