Total scam! My wife contacted them to help with the kitchen sink, after a quick search on Google. They charged us EUR736,70 for 1 hour worth of work! Outrageous.
Really good guys with a lot of patience and they care very much about doing there job the best way, I'm happy to know them because they are the only ones that I will call when I need to fix my plumbing, I recommend everyone to use them only.
Super helpful and fast! After an emergency call to their company for help with a heater that wouldn’t turn off, less than an hour later two specialists were at my door. Helped me reset the thermostat and gave advice for next steps - didn’t even charge me as this was just a first visit, and a quick fix - so kind, quick and I’m reassured my apartment won’t be heating all day!
Very professional! They showed up nice and early and were very friendly. They explained to me what they were going to do, and when they found the leak, where and how it was caused. They were considerate and efficient. Even with my poor French we could communicate. Highly recommend.
