Hello, I will start with the conclusion from our personal experience. We do NOT RECOMMEND this company AT ALLL!!! We have contacted a broker at this company for insurance for our car, which has been easily treated and the needed contract for mandatory car insurance and legal assistance insurance have been done. After approximately 2 years, our car got in a car accident, we contacted them and we were redirected to another department 'claims'. Right after we were contacted by this 'claims' person who told us that he will be handling our file. I was happy to see a person that is willing to follow-up this matter. Later I understood it was not the case. I was contacted by the garage where our damaged car has been stored, by the expert, we followed the whole file ourselves, I was the center contact point for everything, doing the ping-pong between different parts involved, not knowing the process and without any help or support from this person. He did not lift a finger to make a call or solve any of the open points. He learned all the FILE UPDATES FROM US!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE!!! Even more, when I have asked this person what we are entitled to according to the insurance conditions, he could not answer and sent me the general terms and conditions to look myself for the information. He could not tell us exactly what we are entitled to, moreover, there were some compensations for the lack of the car usage and others, that he said we would not be entitled to as we need to prove the damage? seriously? also the same for the replacement car, I have inquired about this and he told me that no, no one will pay for this. HE did not lift a finger to help us, and even the things we could have been entitled to when we needed them we did not know we could claim them because his LACK OF KNOWLEDGE! Really horrible experience. They are fast in drafting any contract for you, but when it comes to claims - STAY AWAY. He went to holidays (without leaving our file with any back-up person and no communication to us) and our file ended up being picked up by another person due to a call I made at their company, and then we finally got (only a part of) the reimbursement we should have received. ONE THING IS FOR SURE, IF SOMETHING HAPPENS WITH YOUR CAR YOU WILL END UP DOING ALL THE CALLS AND MEDIATION YOURSELF. INCLUDING STUDY OF CONTRACT BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HAVE THE NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE FOR IT! I really hope things will improve after this feedback, but given how we saw things work, I doubt it will be the case. We have contacted them also outside the damage issue we had, for other issues with the papers of the car, and we ended up paying unnecessary money for a file that had chances to be rejected from the start by the competent authorities. I hope this review will help other to pick a better service than we did several years ago.
