I have rented a property through RealtyCare, and I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a peaceful living experience. They often don’t respond to emails for weeks, their communication is poor, and their overall approach is very unprofessional. In my experience, this has been the worst agency to rent an apartment from in Brussels.
Completely unprofessional agent, he got his times mixed up 2 times by email and then tried to blame me for not getting the correct timing of the viewing. Avoid at all cost
Complete lack of respect for a potential tenant. After weeks of sending all the documentation requested (incl. sensitive ones), agreeing on all the terms, they just stopped responding and after couple of days got the out of blue reply that “the owner just found someone on his/her own”, while “wishing me a good search”. Disrespectful towards my time and energy.
I had a great experience with this real estate agency, one of the agents was super helpful when I locked myself out of the apartment during a weekend when normally the staff is unavailable. Highly recommend!
