This is the most efficient real estate agency I’ve ever been in contact with, and by far ! With my partner, we have been looking for a new place for some time and have had all types of real estate agents. Some who are totally indifferent, who make visits of 6 different groups of people at the same time, others who are really rather rude, some that try to trick you into shady business, even some who never showed up to meetings… I’m afraid that anyone who has visited a few agencies has been confronted to this… BUT this is absolutely not the case with Fabrice Veldeman from Caron Real Estate! He was charming, straightforward, clear in his communication, reactive in answering, proactive in sending all the required information and suggesting options we had not even considered… We really had a great experience and could not recommend his/their services more!! Thank you for restoring our trust in real estate agents/agencies!
