We were unlucky to buy a property through them. They were never serious, never proactive, the contact was very difficult. The woman who showed us the apartment didn't know anything about it. On top of this they said that there will be no problem with the tenants and we can move as soon as we buy the apartment. This was not true. People from the agency started calling me many times a day when the problem surfaced. As a whole, very bad exeprience with them. It's a pity that Century 21 allows such a bunch of people in a smelly office to carry their name, but that's a problem of Century 21. I will never trust them. And of course, when answering reviews, they always deny everything.
