I had a great experience working with Moïra Vallier at Grant Properties. She was professional, helpful, and responsive throughout the process. I really appreciated her support and would happily recommend her services.
Brian and Moïra at Grant Properties were fantastic. Brian guided me through the process of renting an apartment in Brussels. He made it super easy and Moïra was warm and helpful during the showing. As an expat in Brussels they made everything simple and stress-free. Truly grateful. I’d definitely recommend them.
I’ve used Grant Properties’ services for many years now and they are a very professional, reliable estate agent. Raphaella and her team are the real deal (shout out to Brian)!
Brian was a great help throughout the whole process of applying for and moving into a new appartment. Very friendly, kind and professional.
Brian at Grant Properties is invaluable in helping us for our real estate needs in Brussels. From locating property for sale to helping me sell and managing our rentals Brian and his colleagues are patient, competent and fair. I highly recommend working with Grant properties and I greatly enjoy working with Brian.
