I've had the best experience with them in Brussels! In fact, the whole team has been very professional, responsive and on time from the appointment arrangement to finalising the contract. Replying to your reply: not really the appointment was at 18.00 and I was there at 18.02. After waiting 5 min I called twice at 18.08 . they could have sent a message at least like . I left at 18.20 ! I was with a little kid and I can’t wait for half an hour for someone who doesn’t even answer. So I fully maintain my version and you should perhaps instruct better your agents. Good luck with your business but I maintain my 1 star review. As I said, the agent never bothered to show at the meeting and didn’t answer the phone even if I could see him inside the apartment. Shameful for the profession .
