I recently viewed a property listed by Nesting-Realty during my search for a rental. The visit went smoothly and the apartment was already empty as the current tenants were in the process of moving out. The agent who showed us the property was friendly, however after submitting my application, I received a response stating that the current tenants had decided to extend their stay for a couple of months, even though the apartment was empty. I can't help but suspect that there may have been other factors at play in their decision, unrelated to my application.
