Sorimo Inthas Real Estate

I had a good experience renting with Sorimo. Whenever problems occurred they tried to fix it quickly, and while it was not always possible to fix it quickly they were at least very responsive to where the process was going. Sorimo really seemed to be an honest broker between the owner of the flat and ourselves.

I rarely leave reviews, but Alberta from Sorimo deserves every bit of recognition she can get. The entire process went very smoothly. Her professional and transparent attitude are remarkable for this sector and her availability to accommodate your questions and concerns are second to none. Totally recommended.

We have been working with Miss. Athena Goossens at Sorimo for nearly ten years. Having moved from Belgium to the United States thirty years ago, we have owned two rental apartments that entire time. Managing properties from overseas, combined with less-than-ideal support from previous property managers, was often challenging and discouraging. On several occasions, we even questioned whether we should sell the apartments. We were fortunate to meet Athena while she was working at Sorimo, and it has made all the difference. She is not only intelligent, hardworking, and detail-oriented, but also engaging, honest, and deeply dedicated to her clients. Without a doubt, she is the best property manager we have ever had the pleasure of working with. In fact, Athena is much more than a property manager. She is highly intelligent, educated, knowledgeable and generous with her time, and her expertise extends far beyond the standard responsibilities of the role. She understands her clients’ situations, carefully analyzes challenges, and consistently provides thoughtful, effective solutions. We truly hope to continue working with her for many years to come. She is trustworthy, approachable, and gives us great peace of mind. Thanks to her, what was once a stressful experience as overseas landlords has become far more manageable and comfortable. We think very highly of Athena and are extremely grateful for her support.

We truly appreciated the good treatment, professionalism, and efficiency shown by Sorimo. The whole rental process was smooth and well organized, with clear communication and good follow-up. In particular, we would like to thank Contad Lutz, who was responsible for our case. He was always available, patient, and clear when answering all our questions, which made the entire experience much easier. Highly recommended.

This is the second time I've used this agency in ast couple years. I'm very happy I did. They are highly professional, conscientious agency, reliable and detail spirit. Offering helpful suggestions if asked, particularly presenting the property and responsive. Recommended.
