AVOID: They redid my roof, seemingly correctly. However, they did the chimney lining, and my request for compliance and materials was very clear. They used non-compliant liners, and they installed them incorrectly as well (see photos). The problem is that when I confront them about this, they completely ignore my calls! Their after-sales service is nonexistent, and don't count on the ten-year warranty; if you have the slightest problem, they'll ghost you! As for the quality of the work: see the photos. The roof is okay, but the lining is a disaster. We regret having used them. The owner tries to charm you, but you never see him in person; you can only speak to him on the phone. Mr. Falck: I left you two emails and several calls and voicemails. In my last voicemail, I warned you that I would be posting this review.
I'm always impressed by Roof & Me. A leak in my roof was ruining my ceiling. They came, fixed the problem in no time, leaving my roof looking brand new! Look no further, these guys from the next town over are the roofing pros. A huge thank you to them!
A very bad experience with this company. Their work caused significant damage to my property, including a broken window. Despite my repeated attempts to contact them, they refused to take responsibility for their mistakes and offered no refund or solution. They didn't answer my calls or messages. Avoid this company if you're looking for reliability and professionalism.
