The installer, Jean-Marc Wolff, and his colleague Thomas are exceptionally professional. For the quote, Jean-Marc took the time to thoroughly analyze the property to be protected, and then, once the quote was submitted, returned (as long as necessary) to explain the different options available to me. He advised me clearly, precisely, and pragmatically on choosing the system best suited to my needs. The installation was completed within the agreed timeframe and with complete respect for the property: everything was done carefully, and no trace was left. And yet, I can attest that it wasn't always easy working in a finished, furnished, and occupied building... Well done! I am also equally delighted with the quality of the after-sales service. The installer was very responsive and available to answer all my questions, helped me get to grips with the system smoothly, and provides follow-up after installation to ensure everything is working correctly.
