The workers' scheduled times are recorded daily and are always respected. The administrative agent on the phone knows the client she is calling. The workers are remarkably efficient. They are polite, considerate, work at a very consistent pace, keep the premises clean, and are even mindful of doors and pets. Trust is established very quickly on both sides. The electrician works with us to find practical solutions for installing the meters and the battery. He patiently explains the installation process at the end of the service. The icing on the cake is the person who acts as the liaison between all the stakeholders. He is extremely patient in explaining everything and ensuring understanding. He is an integral part of the project, responsive to any questions or concerns that arise, from the initial planning stages through the construction process and even after completion. Honestly, a truly invaluable team for the successful completion of this roof insulation and renewable energy project.
