They don't answer the phone or emails. My Cookeo was sent for repair by GLS and received by them on January 23rd, 2025, and a year and a half later, they are unreachable and don't respond in any way. How can they be an authorized repairer with such poor service?
I've called repeatedly, sent emails and messages, all without a SINGLE response. This gentleman should understand that we don't live next door and would prefer to contact them by phone initially to avoid a wasted trip! Furthermore, despite all the attempts I made to call during their opening hours, they were closed several times (sometimes I called every day only to find they were open one day out of five!). They should close down when their service is so pathetic!

Absolutely no response by email or phone! My device is at a pickup point following a "failed delivery attempt" by bpost. The package has remained at the pickup point; they never came to collect it. No response, and the device has been returned. I paid 10 euros for nothing in shipping, and the device is still not repaired...
Not responsive at all. I've contacted them to repair my iron and they replied with the address to send it to. Now I've been trying to contact them for weeks by mail and telephone but no reply whatsoever. I can't understand why they are on the official list of repair services...
