Don't hesitate. For two years, no one was willing or able to repair my Haier fridge-freezer. Even the head office sent me a rather high quote without having diagnosed the problem. I emailed them, and the owner replied within 10 minutes. An appointment was scheduled with the technician for three days later. The assessment was completed in 10 minutes. The part was ordered, and ten days later, my fridge was repaired. As for the cost, the repair was only 20% of the price of a similar new appliance! The service is outstanding; although the technician is very busy, he always manages to find time for you. Being overbooked is common, given the quality of their service. I thank them and will gladly recommend them.
