Crooks supplying crooks! It's shameful! Not only was I ripped off by a contractor who gets his supplies from them, Jérémy Caballero, administrator of Thermowatt (formerly NGE ELECTROTECHNICS and CJ ELECT), who took my deposits and never showed up to finish my project, but on top of that, I went to great lengths to get a toilet seat that was never delivered. When I asked for a refund, I was told it wasn't possible because the invoice was issued by NGE, even though the bank transfer was made from my account. No other solution was offered! Oh yes, since the contractor Caballero went bankrupt, if I want to get my refund for the toilet seat, I have to contact the trustee—that's what the woman on the phone told me! Never again at Chauraci, and I do not recommend this company. Crooks supplying crooks!
I have been a customer for some time and am always satisfied with the quality of the equipment and the counter service. Recently, the delivery was excellent, with a very helpful driver who didn't hesitate to lend a hand with unloading a heat pump and boiler. Thank you to the whole team for providing such great customer service.
