Two sectional garage doors were perfectly installed in 2010 by ERLA SA. Never had a single problem. To date, we've misplaced the keys. Furthermore, given the heavy use after fifteen years, the remote controls were worn out. I called ERLA on a Friday. I received a very friendly welcome and was asked questions by a professional woman who sent a technician the following Tuesday at the scheduled time. He was very attentive, adjusted the controls, changed the lock cylinders, and provided very thorough explanations. True professionals still exist, and kudos to them.
