Je suis vraiment très satisfaite du travail réalisé :-) :-) Tout d'abord, le patron vient sur place pour effectuer le devis, ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas ! L'idée de départ émise par Monsieur m'a tout de suite plue, il a été à l'écoute de mes idées, mes envies et m'a également donné de bons conseils (aussi face à de petites contraintes techniques). Le travail réalisé est magnifique, il fait l'objet de nombreux compliments. Tout a été effectué soigneusement et dans les temps :-) Je n'hésite pas, je recommande !

We received excellent advice on the project. The production and installation deadlines were also met, and the finished product is absolutely stunning and perfectly matches our expectations. He failed to honor his commitments, even though the quote was signed six months ago. He abandoned us overnight, two months before the scheduled date for the stair installation, putting us in a very difficult situation just as we were about to move in. He was extremely unpleasant to us and our contractor. Now we have a new professional who, after taking measurements, asked us how Mr. Delvigne had taken his because: 1) the walls pose no problem for the stair installation, contrary to what Mr. Delvigne said just before leaving; 2) the 1-square-meter landings that Mr. Delvigne had asked us to keep are problematic because, with two quarter-turn staircases, we're going to have a real headache. We had to revise our project and start new work. It was easier for Mr. Delvigne to criticize the work done than to admit he'd made a mistake in the measurements, whether for the walls or the landings. I don't doubt that Mr. Delvigne makes very beautiful pieces. However, his professionalism leaves much to be desired.
