They let me down on the day the work was supposed to start because of an unexpected deposit issue. I brought all the materials, but they demanded a 45% deposit before starting work on the scheduled start date, even though we had agreed not to pay one. I suspect they realized they should have charged a higher price. This company is unreliable and doesn't keep its word. Avoid them.
Absolutely terrible, no follow-up whatsoever, avoid them at all costs... I regret trusting this enticing company... we trusted the beautiful photos and were left high and dry. NO, NO, THERE IS NO MISTAKE WITH THE COMPANY!!! Unless they're your lookalikes... but I'm not allowed to show your faces publicly! UPDATE OCTOBER 2024: After the (finally) completed, it was a disaster... Two different colors because, having taken measurements 8 months prior, they obviously measured incorrectly, and the new batch wasn't the same color! They steal photos from the construction site to put on their Facebook page, which is why we trusted them. Legal proceedings were initiated following this shoddy work, and the case was closed with a victory. Avoid this company at all costs!!! They are not qualified to install tiles! It's shameful to steal from people like this! I hope my review will prevent others from being ripped off! UPDATE 11/18/2025 Stop trying to muddy the waters by pretending I'm mistaken about the company! Is the invoice with your address from another company too? You bunch of potential scammers! The good reviews are from your friends and family, we know that! Because you've changed them again to make it look like new reviews... and what about the stolen photos from your Facebook page of other companies on the site? You deserve to be on Julien Courbet's show!!! Good people, RUN AWAY!!!
